Private Beer Garden Event
A truly private event is now possible at Vince Genna Stadium! Located in the Beer Garden along the 1st baseline, this area is tucked away and will be private for your group. With a service counter, grill, and beer on tap, your group will have a great night at the ballpark and no lines!

The cost of a Beer Garden event is a per person rental. Each person will receive a General Admission ticket and a meal voucher, as well as access to the reserved Beer Garden area. During private events the Beer Garden is an all ages facility and can accept minors. For more information and pricing you can download a flyer here.
A Beer Garden rental would include the entire area exclusive for your group. There is a minimum of 50 guests required for a Beer Garden rental. This facility is only available on Wednesday games.

Reservation Requirements
In order to reserve the Beer Garden you must provide:
A $300 deposit
Approximate attendance number when booking
Signed contract from the Bend Elks
A minimum final bill of $1,855 is required. This is the cost of 50 people per group (40 adults and 10 kids).
Actual attendance number one week in advance of event date
Deposit is refundable until 4 weeks before your event date. At that time it is no longer refundable and can at best be attempted to be rescheduled.
There are no refunds due to bad weather unless the game is canceled before first pitch. If a game is canceled before gates open the Bend Elks will reach out to you to find a solution to reschedule or refund you.
2024 Pricing
Adult - $39
Includes choice of bratwurst, hamburger, cheeseburger, Beyond burger, or large hot dog, a bag of chips, potato salad, and a 16oz fountain soda or bottle of water
Child - $29.50
Includes small hot dog, bag of chips and a 16oz fountain soda or bottle of water
Beer/Wine - $8
This is good for one 16oz draft beer and most canned products
Last minute additions to the event will be billed night of the event. No refunds on extra tickets. Tickets and food vouchers are good for the event date only.
